We are a company with over 30 years of meat production experience.  Throughout the years we have developed over 50 different flavors for our sausages and spiced meat products.  The JC Mastermeats ready to use spice recipe flavors are made using an Old World blends of spices to create traditionally unique and tasteful products. JC Mastermeats ready to use spices are used for the production of our sausages, meats and deli items.
